Former Vice President of Nigeria and presidential flag-bearer of PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as presidential flag-bearer of the APC.
In a Wednesday tweet, Atiku wrote; “congratulations @officialABAT on your emergence as your party’s presidential candidate. It has been a hard-fought contest, but that you prevailed confirms your tenacity. –AA”.
Tinubu emerged winner of the APC 2022 Special convention to become presidential flag-bearer of the APC after securing 1,271 of the votes cast to defeat Rotimi Amaechi and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo among other aspirants of the APC.
