PDP Congress: Captain Timi Iyela congratulates PDP

…..calls for inclusion

Okene/Ogori-Magongo federal constituent, pilot and philanthropist, Timi Iyela has congratulated Nigeria’s main opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on its ongoing congress.

In a Saturday statement, he said; “I want to heartily congratulate my party, the largest political party in Africa, PDP, and by extension, it’s Kogi State chapter on the conduct of the Congress thus far.

“It is noteworthy to state that despite pockets of differences occasioned by the diverse nature and interests of political heavyweights and actors, party supremacy still binds us all together. I’m overwhelmed by the maturity with which the party has conducted itself and managed all interest. Indeed, the umbrella is large enough to accommodate all. It is also on this note that I call on leaders of our party to find a meeting point to which everyone is carried in the overall interest of the party.”

“As we embark on the Congresses across wards in kogi state today, I want to congratulate our party leaders, elders, critical stakeholders and teeming supporters for always standing by the party. There is light at the end of tunnel as we work assiduously to liberate our people from squalor.

I urge us all to continue on the path of peace and constant negotiations to achieve our desired goals.

Once Again, congratulations,” he further added.
