Showering ecomium to the deceased, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar said “Princess Obaigbena was a visible player in the health sector in the defunct Bendel State and eventually transferred her services to Delta State at the creation of the state. She meritoriously served three former governors of Delta State as Special Adviser on Health.”
